Hi Shannie, do you exfoliate once in a while? And what masks have you tried :)

Hmmm... I might have had the same thing only on my cheekbones and on top of my eyebrows because of the sun. A sunscreen for sensitive skin (I use Biotherm Sun Vivo) fixed the problem for me. Could that be the reason?
Did you change anything in your routine before you started getting these spots?

Birth controls can have a huuuuge effect on your skin. I actually have to get off mine because it's been causing me no end of grief with my skin. The estrogen is throwing off the ph levels in my skin which is making me get rashes and other painful things. My doctor said the estrogen is birth control can have a huge effect on people's skin.

Hormonal skin problems are really difficult to fix and usually even if you get them sorted out they end up coming back. My doctor is having me try using birth control which contains no estrogen. I don't know much about your condition but I'm not sure if that might be an option for you?

Shannie you should talk to your doctor about the pills and maybe get a 2. generation birthday control (There's 4 and I believe it's the no 2 that is best but your doctor will definitely know!)
Also you could try the green glam glow but it's basically impossible to get in Denmark or the Body Shop ionic seaweed mask - I tell you that mask is crazy amazing! They sell these little sample sizes for 20kr so you can try it out without buying a big jar of it!

Yes definitely talk to your doctor about any sort of alternatives or if they can can recommend what type of skincare products to use. Also maybe go to a derm who knows your history and see if they recommend anything.

Holy cow!! 400!! Well yeah of cause it would be ridiculous! I will have to look at my Matas, I'm obsessed with the blue one, the moisturiser one! I tell you it's heaven!

You must live really up north! How many hours of sun do you have in the winter?

Sabrina K.
It is, I have never I'm my life used a product like the blue glam glow, and I'm not normally a fan of moisturizing masks - but this is crazy! I got a deluxe sample size in New York with a purchase! Oh well I definitely not spending 400 for a mask I haven't tried!
And haha yes where is the sun these days, all just grey all day!

No I'm absolutely the same way! I mean 400 is like food for a week! I can't justify that!
But you should check out the ionic seaweed one from body shop, I saw a big difference on my pores after just one use! It's 175-180 which is still a bit expensive but at least you can try out the sample one first!

Birth control gave me horrible acne for 4 years before I finally decided to ask a doctor about it. He switched me to yaz, and I don't get any pimples anymore. Yaz is amazing, definitely look into it!

So I know about your condition and stuff and honestly it is probably hormone based. You could try a few different options or maybe scrubs and exfoliators but that may be It. I have similar issues and I have kind of learned to deal with it. As unfortunate as it is :/

Absolutely Shannie, I'm from Aalborg myself so I know the pain of not being able to get anything what so ever, we "nordjyder" have to stick together! Here's my email sabrinahknudsen@gmail.com.
Also, did you see that beautylish just today started shipping to Denmark! Yay!
