So I've just noticed that about halfway down the list of ingredients on my shampoo and conditioner, is biotin. I've heard some things about biotin and that I shouldn't take it in any pill form for hair growth.
But is it safe for me to continue using the shampoo and conditioner? Or should I just purchase one that doesn't contain biotin? I use tresseme split remedy.

No, it's fine when it's in shampoo and/or conditioner, it's just consuming biotin, such as pills or vitamins that's the problem.
