My hair are soft and not that damaged but they frizz up in humidity. the city I live in is super hot n humid.
I have liked John Freida thermal protection as a heat protectant while straightening my hair but it doesn't keeps frizz at bay. any suggestions for serums that will protect my hair from heat and keep them flat and straight in high humidity and heat?

I use Mark Hill's argan oil after straightening my hair...it helps a bit but I want them to be more sleek.

I live in Miami, particularly by the swamps. I know how you feel!
I always do a hot oil treatment before straightening my hair, oils help weigh down tremendously. After I wash my hair, I usually spray on 'Its a 10 with Keratin' and allow my hair to air dry a bit. I usually stretch my curls by blow drying and then blasting my hair with the cool option. My favorite heat protectants are usually serums, they do a great job with frizz. I particulary use One n Only Argan Oil serum which is also a heat protectant.
Alsl, definitely invest in a good flat iron. They make the biggest difference! My hair was guaranteed to frizz with the cheap flat irons but when I invested in a good one, I can run laps in the humidity and heat of July and my hair will look the same!
