What do you think about this for my friends sweet 16 party? It's a formal party. The back has a long diamond cut out that also makes the top a racer back. I'd wear black pumps and clutch. Hair and makeup suggestions? Thanks ladies❤️

I think its a really cute outfit, its not very formal, but hey with some great big loose curls and a glam makeup look you are going to look great! For makeup I would do a dark eye, maybe some dark grey-ish tones and a nude lip :)

I like the skirt but I think that the top is on the casual side. The tops below look a lot more formal.

I think your outfit is perfect. It is kinda formal and kinda casual which is exactly what you need (I think). With some loose big curls, a nice clutch and some gorgeous pair of shoes it would be perfect.
