it depends on the kind of damage heat(flat irons) or chemical (bleach/perms/relaxers) because heat is fixable chemical is not you would have to cut it off wherever the damage starts/ends but if its heat damage just use products for heat damages hair pantien/Giovanni(you can get at walmart and ulta) and Organix are good for heat damged hair but if it chemical see you stylist

Well try homemade stuff like putting smashed avocados , eggs too , and mayo. Products i would go for are the macadamia conditioner , aussies deep conditioner ( its cheap but amazing). Also a thing i do is i go to the section of treatments for colored women even though i have fine hair but their products are alot more stronger then women with fine hair and i pick up their mayo treatment in a container with yellowish orange looking cream and it works awesome !

Extra virgin coconut oil. I saturate my hair in it, cover with cap, and use heat from blow dryer for about 20-30 min & boom! Silky silky smooth! I've read that coconut oil is the only thing that can penetrate deep into hair to repair it & I believe it now! It's a 10 miracle leave in product works wonders too!

I like the Giovanni conditioner. Try leaving on a good conditioner for half and hour once a week. Avoiding styling with heat helps too
