Hello ladies!! Just got an interview for vs and I have no idea what to wear or what makeup look I should do. I want to look put together with a soft look help!

Dress pants/pencil skirt with a nice blouse or a dress (not a sun dress or party dress, a nice dress). NO JEANS. Jeans are unprofessional and give the wrong impression.
Heels or flats, NO sneakers.
Hair straightened/loosely curled (whichever you prefer) or in a sleek ponytail or bun.
Keep the makeup simple. A light wash of color on the lid, mascara, soft blush, and soft pink or "my lips but better" lipstick.

Wear a pop of color for the shirt, I'd go with red or pink.

They typically wear all black so I would wear all black that way they can picture you working there already :)

I agree with Alexis. Pants/skirt/dress and blazer, if you wear one, should be black, as that fits with the VS employee look, but a different colored shirt will be more professional and appropriate for an interview than all black. If you don't straighten your hair, a side braid (Elsa style) is a good option!

A blouse, a blazer and a pencil skirt with some heels. Clip your hair out of your face and do go overboard on makeup. Put some foundation on, then some bush and bronzer. Under eye concealer and filling in your eyebrows are key to this look. Maybe a matte eyeshadow (this whole look is supposed to be matte), a straight, thin line of eyeliner and some mascara on the top lashes, and that's it. I hope you get the job :)

Kind of late to the discussion here, but I agree that you should go with the black ensemble with a pink blouse underneath a la VS signature colors. Congrats on the interview!
