Or the infamous becca highlighter in the shade opal.

That inner corner highlight is probably just a white base (like NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk) with a white shadow on top of it. It may be photoshopped also if that picture is from a photo shoot.
As for the highlighter try something like Becca Shimmering Skin Perfecter (the pressed version if you like powders). They have varying shades of gold so I'm sure you'll be able to find one you like (:

Take a tapered face brush or a large fan brush and brush the highlighter onto the tops of your cheek bones.

I love the Mary Lou-manizer by the Balm!
As for highlight, NYC has a pallete that's six bucks, it has three shadows, a cream highlight and a primer. The cream highlight Is absolute heaven and the whole pallete is like four bucks

I'd use what Alexis suggested about the Nyx Jumbo eye pencil in milk and blend it out with my finger in the inner corners then use an eye shadow brush to apply the highlighter. That picture has a strong white base to it.

My favorite highlighter for intense highlights is definitely bareMinerals turn on highlighter in turn on gold. It is very intense. Ill put up a picture in a few minutes, when I can get to it.
