La Roche Posay is a really great brand. I don't know about this specific products but to be honest I would trust it.
This summer, my skin was super oily. It was terrible. So I bought a moisturizer from La Roche Posay that is supposed to avoid your skin to get too oily but it also regulates sebum. The first week, my skin wasn't getting too oily anymore and after a few weeks, my skin wasn't producing as much sebum as it did. & I saw an amazing improvement. So I would purchase this serum with my eyes closed! 🙈

I've tried this, it worked (kind of) some fading but nothing like I was hoping for. I've opted for peels instead. I would recommend peels if you have the money, far better than the spot corrector.

Hey Carol, there is a really great prescription gel/cream that fades scares and gets rid of acne. Its called Retin-A (or tretinoin), which is basically a form a vitamin A. It increases cell turnover so your scars will peel off and brand new skin will appear. The only downfall to this product are the side effects which include dryness, peeling, irritation and breakouts (mainly in the first week or so because your skin has to get used to it) so, if you want to try this product I suggest you see your dermatologist first to see if it would be good for you. Typically it takes about 12 weeks before you see results. I'm on week 3 with the 0.5% and so far I'm just getting through the worst stages of the side effects. However, I have noticed my skin has a nice glow to it and its definitely smoother. I have good faith in retin a! Hope this helped and good luck xx
