Yanno, the stickers that you put on your skin when you go in the tanning bed. It leaves a pale spot where it was in the shape of a decal - palm tree, playboy bunny, etc. Are those a thing of the 2000s, or could I still rock one today?
(Although I appreciate the concern, please spare me the "tanning is bad for you" lectures. I know it is, and obviously I don't go much lol. Thanks but no thanks <3)

Mine would be just a little nickel-sized sun on the front of my shoulder. Corny or cute? Be honest :)

If you want it, get it. It's small and it goes away if you want it to. I'm not a fan but it's not my skin.

I say go for it! tons of old trends are coming back in again, but if you are unsure start with something small just to see how you like it xx

I've always loved them on other people, I've never tried it before but I would lol. In or out I don't care, they're cute!

If I'd go in the tanning bed (which I don't because it is bad for me) I would totally do it! I think it looks great.

I personally don't care if something is in or out. If you like it, who cares hahaha. I think it's cute

I think it's cute and it's a really good way to track how dark you're getting.

Do it in an unconventional place so it's not like an old trend and do something other than your standard heart. Like Marissa said its a great way to see how tan your getting. Very satisfying lol

My honest opinion: no way. I thought it was tacky back in the 2000's, and it's even tackier today. Sorry to be so blunt, but it's just my opinion, and I'm clearly in the minority.
But you do you, girl! Whatever way you decide to alter you body should be for your own enjoyment, not for the approval of anyone else!
Sort of an aside here, the first time my husband (my boyfriend at the time) and I saw each other naked, he remarked on my tattoo, which I have on my right hip.
"How come you don't have a tramp stamp?" he asked (referring to tattoos that girls have done at the sacrum, that are only revealed when one bends over or wears low rise pants). My response: "You just answered your own question."

Thanks for replying, everyone! And I do appreciate the honesty :)
If you saw me every day, you would know I don't really go with the flow - with anything, lmao. Tanning is just fairly new to me (started when I was 20, not in high school like most girls, and only go in the winter and spring), so I'm still learning and meshing into the... is "community" the right word? lol
But yeah, I would definitely do out of the norm. The one I'm considering is a little sun (spikey rays, hollow middle), and I was going to put it on the front of my shoulder (yanno that mushy part between your boob, armpit, and shoulder that's really comfy to snuggle on on guys... that spot, lol). Unconventional enough?
