your skin is probably too sensitive for that, I suggest biore blemish fighting ice cleanser, and garnier moisture rescue twice a day. and twice a week exfoliate with st.ives apricot scrub and use any of freeman face masks

I too had a bit of a problem with tea tree oil, or rather a product that had it in it. I tried the body shop's oil absorbing moisturizer with tea tree oil and it burnt a bit and just took TOO much oil out of my skin. I just started using maracuja oil as my moisturizer and its really doing a good job of balancing the oil on my face. It's kind of pricey because I got Tarte's brand but I'm sure you could get it cheaper somewhere else. A gentle cleanser I love though is Philosophy's Purity Made Simple. I've used both that and their acne cleanser and I'm going to switch back to Purity. Its gentle but cleans very well and makes my skin feel so nice after. Their clear days treatment lotion is awesome too. That does more for me than the acne cleanser does honestly. They also make a spot treatment that I use as well. And their hope in a jar moisturizer is for all skin types, I use that as my day time moisturizer when I'm not using the acne treatment lotion.

Since your skin seems sensitive, I would use a very pure water-like soap such as "Purpose" soap. They have it in liquid or bar form. Use it every morning and night and use its moisturizer as well. Don't worry of acne forms the worst week because the soap will make the bacteria in your face rise and eventually stop altogether. It's very common but use this and it'll definitely help! Around $7.99 in drugstores.

Grapefruit wash from Nuitrigena is so refreshing. You can get it at walgreens, it really helps my acne.

The best advise I can give you is to go see a dermatologist. Most acne sufferers do not get relief from over the counter treatments.

a mask made from grated apple and a little honey is a great acne treatment.... just apply this to your face for 15-20 minutes then wash off with warm water, then a cold rinse
