Okay so I've used heat so much almost every day, I got 2 inches of my hair cut off and I only used heat once after that and it was about 1 month ago... But I have so many split ends! And my hair is extremely dry and it's just horrible!! What can I do to get rid of the split ends? And get my hair back to healthy? Altho I still want to use heat once in a while.. But what can I do to get my hair back to being healthy with no split ends and dead ends. Also, how do I get rid of them? I have little split ends all around my hair and I don't wanna cut my hair off! But they are everywhere! Many dead ends! How do I get rid of them??

You have to cut split end, that's the only way you can get rid of them. You may as well do it now before they split more which means you'll see have to cut even MORE off.

But they are all over my hair like on the top and I have long hair and I do not wanna cut it off.

As for preventing them, don't brush your hair wet, don't wear your hair up so tight, and keep your hair moisturized. When you use heat, use a heat protectant.

You'll be wasting your time trying to grow it longer because they split even more if left untreated which means you'll have to cut off more hair in the future wen it gets really bad. You're not cutting off length, it's just a trim to trim off all of the split / dead ends. Your hair won't get in better condition unless you cut them off.

How do I use the coconut oil? Won't it make my hair extremely greasy?

Trims are good for the hair.

Dead ends and split ends

I'd go and get them done. It's easy to do yourself, you just take HAIR scissors (regular scissors cause split ends) and go through the hair and trim the split ends, it's time consuming though. Dead ends are trickier to do for yourself if you're not experienced with hair cutting.

I agree with renay cut them off. you CANNOT get rid of split ends unless you cut them.
it's worth it and plus you are supposed to get a trim every three months.
I would suggest you not using heat so often also. or else the same thing is going to happen and it will be useless.
I think you should go to a salon but if you do cut it yourself use hair scissors not paper cutting scissors or anything like that.

Buy some organic cocunut oil and apply it all over your hair and scalp, put on a shower cap or bag either leave on for a few hours or over night. it has helped my hair so much and makes it really soft. If you want to use heat on your hair make sure you condition it first so it gets lots of moisture then apply a heat protectant spray.

Also, do NOT wash your hair everyday. If it gets oily quickly try every other day otherwise the split ends will just get worse.

Your best bet is to use natural moisturising oils like avocado carrier oil, almond oil, coconut oil, olive oil and jojoba oil.
