I would really like to have nice long fingernails and so I'm trying extra hard not to bite them. The only problem is when my nails are wet, they get extremely flimsy and soft. What can I do so that I can grow my nails nice and strong without breaking them?

Sally Hansen has a great nail strengthening polish.

I had acrylic on my nails and that is the only thing that made my nails grow. I too use to bite them but the acrylic really helped honestly. After I took them off I used a nail hardener & a nail growing nail polish then applied actual nail polish.

Increase your calcium intake some. More dairy products will help. Not only that but it's also good for you (just don't go too overboard with it)

Rubbing coconut oil on mine helped a lot. They grew longer and stronger.
