I don't get pimples too often, but when I do, I get huge, painful pimples :( is there any way to make them less painful or to hurt less? They're right by my mouth too.

Purchase tea tree oil. Dries them out and reduces redness and swelling. Can usually be found in the drugstore somewhere by the vitamins - but the body shop (sold at ulta) also sells a tea tree line as well!

I don't since I just use it as a spot treatment. I feel like it wouldn't work as good if you diluted it.

I don't dilute it, but if it really irritates or burns your skin, add a itty bitty drop to the tea tree oil :3.

Don't take pills for a pimple x:. Tea tree oil will do the job! And Freeman, in CVS, has a good Oatmeal and Avocado mask. For high end, Origins has a really good one (:

Use a face cloth with warm water and place that over the pimple! Works for me :)

Don't take advil, take a little, crush it up, add a bit of water and apply it directly to the blemish.

I also agree with the tea tree oil, and try using glamglow supermud it's THE BEST acne mask I've used. I went from having huge patches of acne on my jawline to only 1 or 2 small blemishes in a few weeks by using it.
