Currently my hair is a brown caramel color, it is my natural hair color. and this summer I'm thinking of dying it really blond, like white blond. should I do it?

I think platinum blonde might wash out your complexion in the winter but if you got a nice tan and then dyed your hair platinum blonde in the summer that would be gorgeous 😍 especially with your eyes
