Late last year I made it my goal for 2015 to shop my collection and work on hitting pan on a few things. Recently I went empty on my beloved Giorgio Armani Maestro Foundation, Anastasia Brow Wiz and Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye mascara.

Despite them all being great performers I decided to not repurchase.

GA Maestro: The finished outcome is beautiful. It gives me that my skin but better finish and since it dries down to a powder finish all-over application of powder is not necessary. With my aging skin that is experiencing serious changes this formula is no longer beneficial to my skin. GA will be replaced with Gressa Corrective Serum Foundation.

Brow Wiz: Great brow product that last a long time and I have zero complaints about it but its time for me to do some exploring. I have replaced it with Tarte's brow pencil.

Bobbi Brown Smokey Mascara: I love me some Bobbi Brown and I while I received this one for free I still refuse to pay high-end prices for mascara. Going back to my Loreal Voluminous line for mascara.

What products have you hit pan on so far this year and will you be repurchasing those items or go on a exploration for a replacement?

In 2014...I'm pretty sure the only thing I truly finished were about 4 of the Urban Decay eyeliner pencils. I unfortunately have too much eyeshadow to really hit pan on things, since I use them so inconsistently. Although, I'm planning to do a giant purge and work on finishing some things as soon as I get home and get all of my collection in one place =)

I did a small purge over the weekend. Discovered my OCC Lip Tars went bad (they all smelled like crayons) and tossed out some drugstore bronzers that I was in love with when I initially purchased them but now...not in love.

That sounds awesome, Shelley. I'm a big fan of purges and organization, I find them very cathartic and I especially want to get rid of products of mine that don't get nearly enough love.

I recently hit pan on The balms Mary Lou manizer, stila stay all day foundation, and Milani eye shadow primer. all of them are essentials, and have been repurchased. I also used up dipbrow and even though I love it, I want to try something else. I've been using pencil lately but want to try another pomade type product.

Oh for sure my laneige bb cream. I love that stuff. I wanna stop and try something else tho. Jacqueline had gave me suggestions for bobbi Brown and mufe foundation just haven't had the time to look into it. and also ud eyeliner like hannah.

For the ones I will repurchase are:

MAC studio fix powder: beautiful, beautiful foundation! I had it for 2 years and recently hit pan on it, it lasted me quite a while. It's probably my favorite foundation ever. It works with my skin so well.

UD Naked Skin: this foundation lasted me a year and a few months. It's my favorite liquid foundation. I just ran out the other day. Sad. I know I will be repurchasing, though. Would be a fool not to. It's the perfect match for me as well as an added bonus.

Too faced naked eye: this was by far my favorite every day type of palette. The eyeshadows from them are just beautiful. I ran out of this quite some time ago and haven't got around to repurchasing but I am going to soon.

A lot of Maybelline mascaras: I've ran out of about 6 of my favorites, so I need to repurchase.

Lorac mattifying porefection primer: FAVORITE primer ever. Need I say more? Need to repurchase.

UD primer potion: haven't quite ran out yet, but I'm getting there. I truly enjoy this primer because I see so much more vibrancy from my shimmer shadows I use on my kid. I plan to get another soon, but one of the others (Eden or sin)

Not makeup, but skincare, I finally ran out of my Bodyshop tea tree skin clearing facial wash, I had like 5 of the travel bottles lol! I guess you could say it's my absolute favorite. It's a savior to my skin! I need to get some more.

That's all I could think of.

@Renay...I don't think I ever hit pan on an eyeshadow palette before. That would be super cool...to say that I outlived a palette. lol.

Makeup A.

Philosophy cleanser- already repurchases

Beloved NARS Laguna bronzer- I hit pan but still had some on the sides then I lost it /: I replaced it with benefit hoola and I am very pleased

Mac peach twist blush which I repurchased

Two or three anastasia brow wiz pencils which I just replaced with a Mac pencil- not sure of my opinion on it yet

Clinique perfectly real foundation- using my backup same formula

NARS concealer- love it and must replace when I run out of other concealers that I've picked up

Several mascara a none of which I've needed to replac yet since I have a lot of samples

The products I used up are either years old or products I use everyday. I'll be surprised if I ever use up a shadow even though I'm close with one of the colors of my naked basics. And many of my colors such as blushes I do not use consistently

It was literally my favorite one! Haha. I don't own much that I enjoy as much as I did that one :) other than my divergent cosmetics palettes which I purchased last year...and I'm already hitting pan on my favorite shadow in one of them...maybe I have a heavy hand haha

I hit the pan with a favorite eyeshadow color from my BHCosmetics Neutrals Palette. It was a shade I LOVED for my brow highlight. Not only did I hit the pan but the tinnnny little bit I had left broke when I tried to depot it and it decided to go airbone and fly >. <
Lucky I found a better, more pigmented version ( One of the MUFE Shadows ) and it looks 1000 xs better and more pigmented, officially replaced lol.

Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer
The travel size lasted me 6 months! I then bought the Embroylisse Lait creme concentrate.. Hit the pan on it too! I will re purchase them both for sure.

Sh 1 in my RCMA palette. Not only is it my shade, but its the same shade of a friend of mine who likes to have me make her up at least once a week. Had to buy the single or else I'd be out of luck!

I think everyone hits the pan on their mascaras, I've gone through at least 3 this year, which I may re purchase I'm not entirely sure.

I am close to hitting the pan with the Anastasia Dipbrow pomade in Ebony. Not only do I use it for brows.. it makes a great eye liner <3
I bought the new dipbrow pomade in Granite, which I like a lot better and looks more natural.

Urban decay liner is getting really close, about 1/3 of a pinkies length away. So it my beloved BHCosmetics pencil which is discontinued. Luckily, I came across the Marc Jacobs liner which I LOVE. The finish is absolutely gorgeous.

For skin care;
I try out so many things until I'm done so I won't even bother listing them lol, I will list my recent ones as to have some content.

PC's Skin Recovery Moisturizer and her new Resist Oil Booster
Not even cerave bought back my skin like this stuff did. The oil booster contains a blend of all sorts of oils from jojoba to argan oil and ceramides. I've gone through 2 bottles of each.

Manuka Honey
This stuff is the bomb. I am using it more so for a medical reason but I may just keep it in my regime altogether.

Hyaluronic Acid Serum
Loved this, paired this with Manuka honey and some steam. Made a great mask for me!

PCs 2% BHA exfoliant
I have lost count maybe its my 50th bottle! Going to try out the lotion BHA and hope it isnt as bad as the lotion AHA.

I think thats good for now.
I'm pretty OCD about organization and have purges every so often. I literally just gave away 27 brushes, alone... no regrets!

Seeing these lists has me curious about trying out a few items. And has me rethinking a few items as well. I would definitely like to finish up my ABH Dip Brow. While I love it I think I should go back to my usual powder and pencil combo because its not so time consuming as the Dip Brow.

I honestly don't like hitting pan on eyeshadows, I want them to last me forever!
Okay, so, I finished quite a few mascaras (a goal of mine was to only use one mascara at a time - I ended up using two at a time, one regular and one waterproof): Benefit they're real (both full size and travel size), Clinique high impact (travel size), Maybelline Great Lash (repurchased several of these).
I've ran out of my favorite cleanser (except a little bit that's left in a travel bottle), I'll definitely repurchase it soon - it's called Ceramol olio deteregente viso-corpo (an Italian brand).
A couple liquid eyeliners by KIKO;
A few nail polishes (it was a long time ago, I already threw them out. Can't really remember which ones they were);
hair gel by L'oreal;
I'm finally finishing my Sunsilk heat protectant to straighten my hair;
my beloved Miss Dior perfume (loved it but I bought another one this year- Etat Libre D'Orange's Putain des Palaces);
Benefit Erase Paste (repurchased)

I threw out 6 old mascaras at Christmas of various provenance. Some of them were shockingly old.

After 10 plus years my favorite eyeliner finally got too tiny to sharpen any more. I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect replacement for it. Still haven't I don't think.

I also just decided the blush I was using wasn't really doing it any more. It was 10 plus years old as well (both were from a salon and unbranded). I hadn't started to see the pan, but the thing was it just wasn't very pigmented any more. A couple of NYX powder blushes later and I'm a happy woman.

I ran out of my Paula's choices skin perfecting lotion and Earth Sourced Moisturizer, which I just love. I tried to switch to Cereve PM because it's cheaper, but I have found some of my issues returning, so I'm going back to a PC moisturizer. Also, I don't think there is a dupe for her skin perfecting fluid. It's fantastic.
