Definitely a lip scrub.
you can either buy one (lush has many) or make one. I make one with brown sugar, coconut oil & honey. (Some use olive oil) Then take a clean toothbrush, one that you won't use.
then exfoliate your lips with the scrub & toothbrush.
after I exfoliate my lips I always put on lip balm.
I use blistex silk & shine or carmex.
I hate the eos lip balms & baby lips, feel very waxy and not hydrating one bit.

I use burts bees too, peppermint and vitamin e I think? Lol. There was an eos one that I used but I couldn't find it anymore, it was the only one I liked. It was called like greenmint or... something. I don't remember lol.

I exfoliate my lips with my tooth brush and tooth paste lol. Is that weird/gross? Maybe I'll try a lip scrub! I use it to make my lips a little more plump too sometimes. Thanks for the lip scrub idea! (:

I use the e.l.f lip exfoliator, and follow up with Burts Bees mango butter lip balm. That's about it lol.

Really? I have the best luck with Target, they always seem to have it. Make sure you check all over, because I've seen them hidden behind stuff before lol. And yes, mango! It's heavenly. I ordered mine off of Amazon, so maybe it's an online only thing? I usually can't tolerate anything Burts Bees, but this stuff is magical.

I need to exfoliate my lips more often. I always forget lol but I have used plain sugar and honey..it tastes so good haha
I actually watched Jordan Liberty's review earlier about that NYX palette. sounds like it's worth it

I scrub mine with a wash cloth to get rid of the skin and then use a Chapstick with sunblock in it😊 like the baby lips one.
