The hair on my upper lip is kind of dark and noticeable up close (I don't have a mustache or anything lol) but I'm self conscious about it. I usually just shave it but my hair grows really fast and I want something that lasts longer. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Tweezing or waxing. Unless you want to do hair laser removal, but tweezing is probably better...

I use nair and usually it lasts longer because it pulls the hair out. Waxing is best for me. I can go two weeks usually and my upper lip is pretty bad lol.

You could get it threaded as well as the things Renay mentioned. Or you could use a facial hair bleach kit to lighten them up so they're not as noticeable.

Oh yeah, forgot about threading! haha.

I shave it with a facial razor.

Thanks everyone! I've been considering threading because my skin is quite sensitive and I don't want to have a reaction to wax. I've just heard that threading the upper lip is really painful lol.

I wax it with bees wax.. I think it's the best because it pulls it with the root so they grow out thinner n lasts longer

I wax mine. I would NEVER suggest shaving it, it will be stubly and noticeable when it grows back. Waxing is the better option.

That's a myth.

No it's not, it will most definitely be stubly when it grows back. Just take a look at your leg hair when it starts to grow back.

Stubby yes. More noticeable? Absolutely not.

Yeah I agree with it being stubbly when it grows back but I've been shaving it for a long time and it doesn't come back more noticeable or darker.

Sally Hansen has cold wax stripes and are super easy to use! Eventually the hair grow thinner :)

I did the laser hair removal for my upper lip. It wasn't bad either but I was 12 and wanted it gone. I go to get it done every other year for a touch up since some spots still grow. For the spots that still grow I will occasionally wax.

If you want a quick way to do at home , buy an epicare hair remover! It's a spring twisty thing and it's similar to threading just easier :)

I bleach mine and then the next day use Sally Hansen wax strips.
