Oh no :( poor thing. Aloe Vera will be good to bring down the irritation, and avoid anything scented or harsh to avoid furthering irritation

Personally aloe vera makes it worse for me, especially around such a sensitive area. I'd suggest a cool wash cloth, run it under cool water and stick it in the freezer for a few minutes and then put it over the problem area.

You should also tell her to not use it again, her skin obviously reacted badly to something in the product and would experience the same thing. She mainly just needs to stay away from irritating products (including makeup) and give her skin some time to recover. Hope they go away soon! :)
