How do I find my undertone/skintone?

I'm really confused when people talk about undertones on your skin and such. I'm also kinda confused as to how one finds their proper skintone. Do you guys have any effective methods for finding your undertone, and determining skintone?

There's 3 ways to determine skin's undertone.

1) Veins. If the veins in your wrist appear blue then you're cool toned. If they appear green then you're warm toned. If you can't really tell then you're neutral.

2) Jewelry. If silver flatters your skin tone more then you're cool toned. If gold flatters you more then you're warm toned. If both silver and gold flatter you then you're neutral.

3) Burning and Tanning. If you burn easily with little to no tanning then you're cool toned. If you tan easily with little to burning then you're warm toned. If you burn and tan about equally then you're neutral.
