Sugar and water and if you have dry skin you could use olive oil (or any oil) in place of the water andd of your skin is sensitive you can use brown sugar since it's less harsh.(:

Brown sugar and olive oil. you can add any type of oil and you can add fragrance. I've had better results with brown sugar for some reason
