Ok I'm a plus size girl I've been looking for a plaided high waisted pencil skirt but here's the problem my measurments are 38-31-48 so whenever I get a high waisted anything its extremely big and unflattering in the waist and just yuck. I need a pencil skirt preferably plaided for this event. Where can I find one for plus size girls with big hips? preferable a store where I can actually try it on.

I highly suggest Target!! I've gotten all my pencil skirts from there and they fit my waist nicely , and accommodate my bum! I prefer the soft cloth ones!
