If that's the only new addition to your skincare then that just might be it. but if your trying a new foundation or moisturizer or anything else new in your face you'll have pin point what's causing it. also it can be that time of the month. drink plenty of water.

What Iline said. Also if your toner has a lot of alcohol in it then that could definetly. Alcohol is pretty awful for your skin and you should stay away from it. It can even irritate acne and make it worse.

It's co-q 10 toner by indie lee and it's pretty natural, I've been using everything the same so I have no idea what it could be.
