Hands down Maybelline Pure Stay. Good coverage that never cakes, and it absolutely lasts all day. I prefer it to any other foundation I've ever tried, drugstore or otherwise.

Milani has two. One is a powder foundation and the other is a "multitasker" that could be a foundation or a setting powder depending on how you apply it. They both work well as a stand alone foundation but the shade range is a little limited and I would suggest you go a shade lighter than what you think you need. They go kn a little darker than they look in the pan.

I agree with Angela! The Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder is hands down the best power I've ever used. I have oily skin and this is the only stuff that keeps the shine away.
