I used manic panic cotton candy and purple plum n rage and just out of conditioner and mix-and-match colors until I like the color.

These are the two colors you can add any conditioner as long as it's white.

Personally I wouldn't call it cotton candy hair, I couldn't tell you had much color in your hair.

From my experience its hard to get pastels vibrant I've done my fair share of them. I'd maybe try it again. but its looks very nice and cotton candy to me :)

Is it your natural hair?
If I wanted to dye my hair with pastel colors I had to bleached to platinum or atleast blonde but my hair can't take that much effect :((

Looks great I also agree that maybe you can try it again to get it a lil bit dark if you'd like but even like that it looks really good.

I love your hair.if you want to make them more noticeable I recommend using Ion color brights from sally's beauty supply. in my experience they are long lasting I also mix them with white conditioner.

I used ion neon brights on my daughter and this was the outcome, she has dark blonde almost light brown hair and I obviously didn't pre-lighten it because of her age, (I think that's the right picture)
