If they're bleached then definitely not. If you put a temporary color on them, the color might fade over time but bleach won't go anywhere.

I've been trying to get my highlights out for over a year and I still can't get rid of them lol. no they won't go anywhere but they might fade a bit.

If by highlights you mean you got your hair bleached then no it won't fade...like ever.
