It has a lot to do with application. I do agree with R T, you can achieve that with many products but not all. In my opinion there's a lot of brow product out there that, for a lack of better word, suck lol & wouldn't give you that effect. I know a lot of ladies who do their brows like that use the dipbrow, which I have and absolutely love. Depending on how you apply it, you can achieve a very natural or dramatic look.
