I use heat protectant whether I'm blow drying my hair, straightening it or curling it. Then once a week I use a hair mask, currently I'm using Aussie 3 min miracle, before aveda.

Firstly, Try not to use too much heat on your hair, also, even though you put heat protection in, too much product in your hair is damaging too, sometimes it can make your hair greasy quicker and I've sometimes found when I've been putting lots of products in my hair in say a week my hair can go static when I brush it. That's not a good sign, so I just use a shampoo that take all the 'gunk' and product out and go natural hair for a while, whether my hairs tied up or I brave leaving it wavy and down. Also if you manage to have a lazy weekend perhaps where you don't have to go out, let your hair get a little, naturally greasy, this way it's okay because it's your hair's natural oils. Hope I'd helped :)

Once a week I put honey and olive oil on my hair and it's amazing!
