Use a mixture of chamomille tea, a little lemon juice and water, spray in hair, you can go outside for the benefit of the sun butno more than half hour

In some stores like Walmart, in the hair dye isle there is a bottle called sun in. You spray it on wet or damp hair and you can go dry it in the sun or use a blow dryer.
