Tomorrow I am going to a state conference and we are wearing business casual attire. I am wearing black slacks, a green button up blouse, and a scarf that matches.

my dilemma is, what eye makeup + lip color should I wear with this outfit. have never wore green before to an event! :)

Go a bit basic because the top so brighy coloured you might over do it with a bright eyeshadow so keep it basic...

If I'm not too late, I would suggest nude eyes and maybe a peachy nude to melon lip. Nothing overly dramatic or sparkly. After all it is a state conference.

This is me wearing simple makeup. Maybe this look will inspire you. It's simple and easy to do. Go for something nude-ish lip color or a pinkish and simple eye makeup.
