Hey lovely ladies I've got a quick question I'm not going out for a couple days is there any more benefits to having coconut oil and olive oil on my hair for two days then just over night?

Not really, itll penetrate if you use it overnight, more than that won't necessarily be better.

Hair reaches a saturation limit and then it becomes pointless to keep a deep oil treatment on the hair longer than a day. Also it's just going to attract dust/dirt that is floating in the air. It's not harmful to the hair but it won't give any beneficial benefits. 24 hours is sufficient.

I agree, there is only so much your hair can absorb, but you can do a treatment and then let your hair air dry..and when it is just a tad damp..put it up with a silken, non binding scrunchie in a bun. Leave that bun in for 2 days and wow. Gorgeous, no heat waves better than as if left for just overnight. If you finger comb it, you can retain loose curls instead of waves and enjoy your soft locks.
