I've been using the Ulta Brand liquid eyeliner and I wanted to invest in a higher end eyeliner pen, I was just wondering if either the Stila or Kat Von D pen worked better in terms of pigmentation and staying power because I have very oily eyelids.

I have the stila eyeliner and it's great and easy to apply as well as pretty pigmented, but it rubs off easily. I sometimes forget I have makeup on and rub it right off.

I have the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner and it's super easy to apply and very pigmented. However unlike Devon, I don't have a problem with it coming off. It actually lasts all day without coming off even though I tear up and run my eyes constantly. I really love my Stila eyeliner! (:

I like KVD vs Stila's. Both are great in terms of being super black and lasting all day, but Stila's gives a wet shiny look that looks off for everyday looks. I also like the felt tip on Kat's better, its harder so I feel like I get a better steady application.

I also like KVD Tattoo Liner vs the Ink It. But they are very similar, the tip on the Ink It reminds more more of Stila's.

I have the KVD tatto eyeliner are it lasts all day. Of course, if you rubb it it's going to smudge. I recommend using a primer if you have oily lids like Too Faced Shadow Insurance for a better result :)
