My Holy Grail for the last year has been MUFE Face and Body which gives a natural, slightly luminous finish that's very fresh. Light to buildable medium and water based, it is very dry skin friendly. M.A.C. has some foundations targeting dry skin that you may want to seek samples of.

Kirsty, I see you made another thread regarding foundation...and what I believe are patches due to..dry skin.
Mario Badescu Hyaluronic Eye Cream and Embryolisse Lait-creme Concentrate or MAC Strobe Cream in conjunction with a foundation intended for dry skin is going to relieve you of those payches, as will exfoliation.
Returning to threads to discuss feedback is a,great way to not only show members' feedback appreciation, but it also opens up avenues for new suggestions and keeps your thread active until you have concluded the discussion regarding a particular issue.
