I am currently trying to grow out my hair and no matter what I do to my ends they always get horribly dry. I go 3 days before I shampoo my hair ,do a coconut treatment every week ,I don't use heat very rare that I do. The only thing I can think of is the style I put my hair is a bun every day for my job...any suggestion on what I can do to keep growing my hair out and taking better care of my hair?

Hi! Well I have the same problem and its so annoying... I was at the hairdressers this monday and I had to cut some off because it was so dry. Not even any split ends... She told me it was part the texture of my hair. And that I should use more good overnight masks to keep it moisturized. Plus sleeping in a braid so that my ends don't rub against my pillow. For you maybe try some other hairstyles since your elastic is always tied around your hair/ends. Goodluck!??

Thanks a lot girl this is ongoing problem bc I'm in the military and any hairstyles I do not as a bun doesn't look as "professional" as I would like it to be

I was the same problem but the more you wear your hair up in buns it also breaks your hair. You should other alternatives to use maybe like a braid :)

Aussie 3 minute miracle is a great deep conditioner! I usually leave it in overnight and wash it out in the morning and my hair feels sooo much better!
