which hazel is good to prevent bacteria and keep the skin clean. unfortunaltly it wont do much for the black heads. Blackheads are a bit tricky and if you arent interested in going for a facial, which I do reccommend because they will clean it out and then you can keep your pores clean from then on with the right products. Dermalogica has an overnight clearing gel that works amazing. Its a bit pricey but the product last forever because you are only spot treating. Mine lasts about 6monthes with frequent use. This has 2% salicylic which will go into the pore and acutally clean it out, which is exactly what you need. If you are not willing to pay the 36 dollars every 6 monthes then go get a facial and get advice on your skin type and condition and what you should be doing at home. I regular regimen should include cleansing, tone, exfoliating two to three times a week and moisturizing. hope this helps, I am a master esthetician so if you need further advice let me know

Inspired, what would you recommend as a toner for dry skin? I currently use The Body Shop's Vitamin E toner but, I don't use it every time I cleanse.

I actually use a mixture of witch hazel, tea tree toner and distilled water. I love this mixture.

Yes! The Olay one and I loved it! I have oily skin and the toner really helped. The only thing is if I have a cut or something like that on my face it would sting.
