Need to get rid of pimples FAST!

I have about 7 pimples right now. I have really bad acne normally and I have really big pimples right now. I want to get rid of them overnight. Any ideas?

I'm the same at the moment my acne is playing up so I feel your pain. try and not pop/squeeza them it could make things far worse I'd try maybe soaking a clean face cloth in hot water and playing that on them or try using a concentrated acne treatment gels/serums

Tea tree oil is cheap and gets rid of my pimples in literally 2 days.

Lush Grease Lightning works pretty good for me when I have really bad ones. Also I know this is kinda weird, but breaking open liquid Advil gels will help bring down swelling, it won't get rid of a pimple but it definitely minimizes really big inflamed ones. Another thing I would recommend and try first is Murad Clarifying Mask its $38 (I think) at Ulta and Sephora but it works really good. I would try that first though and then use a spot treatment at bedtime.

Getting rid of them overnight is impossible. I recommend keeping them clean and moisturized. Don't pick or pop. Use a spot treatment and drink loads os water

Actually I disagree with you Ramsha. I use this spot treatment from Walgreen's and I have had huge swollen white heads on my face and with a little bit of this they're gone the next day. Its almost as if they were not there!

I highly recommend this spot treatment and its only around 8 dollars or so and I have been using it for months now.

Most likely you won't be able to get rid of them over night. It's built up bacteria,there's spot treatments that'll minimize them but overnight would be hard to do. I think you should try the Advil idea I heard it does take down the swelling

Get a little bit of aloe Vera gel, and mix it with sesame oil. Wash and exfoliate your face then put that mixture on instead of moisturise
