Thats what I also heard Lisa I heard by using them you could possibly throw off your ph balance more then is or if it isnt then worsen it.

It depends on the product. I like the Summers Eve wash which I actually use because it is meant to balance your ph and mine used to be off which can cause infections. The individual wipe things they make are pretty convenient too. If however you're asking about the douches made by those companies, I've got to agree with the beauties above. Those are not very healthy as they can screw up your ph levels and destroy good bacteria that you actually want as strange as that sounds.

I couldn't imagine not using a wash. And I've never had any problems with either of them. I'd say I like vagisil just because it comes with more so it's more convenient

I, too have heard that they can throw off the pH balance down there, leading to reactions ranging from unpleasant to horrific! Most natural foods stores carry pH balanced soaps formulated just for this purpose.
Also, I try to stay away from products with added fragrance for the same reason.

I love summers eve the pink one! I've only used the cloths they're perfect for a quick clean when you have your period but I've never used the body was of either. Highly recommend the wipes though! :)

Many of those type of products can throw off your ph balance. my doctor has always just told me to use warm water on a wash cloth. there are lots of natural soaps which are made specifically for balancing the ph in that area.

My hormones are a disaster and I too get them frequently and I've noticed that has helped a lot, they also have wipes that you can keep in your purse. And make sure your undies are 100% cotton that also has helped me a lot it's more breathable down there I guess you could say.

Yeah I've switched to 100% cotton undies as well and I've been taking a probiotic once a day that has helped a bit too but it's hard to keep it balanced down there when your hormones are all over the place. I definitely want to try it and see if it helps. I've had enough of getting constant yeast infections lol.

I take a probiotic too, the summers eve helps but yeah the hormones make a mess. I'm either breaking out or have a yeast infection lol.
