If you have acne and are older than 16 the best I have ever used is Jan Marini Bio clear. It is expensive but the only thing that worked for me. I say over 16 because it is rough on the skin the first month

Sometimes its not just the things you do on the outside of your face that count, some foods could be making you out, for my sister its chocolate.

Toothpaste! At first I was skeptical, but it shrinks pimples like nobody's business! Just dab toothpaste on the pimple overnight! Good luck!

I would highly recommend this thing called axepia, it is a mexican product that is very cheap ($3-$10 tops) and does wonders. If you cant buy it in stores try online. Also what i would do is rub lemon on the area or mix honey (great moisturizer) and sugar (great exfoliate) to cleanse your pores. Good luck.(:

Oh yeah I forgot, putting Visine on the pimple will reduce the redness. If you also dab alcohol on your face that will help close your pores, but make sure you moisturize afterwards or your face will be really dry.

When washing your face don't use cold or hot water use lukewarm because cold water blocks pores and hot traps oil and dirt
