Thanks so much, Carol! :) I would love to go dark like that and maybe not cut it but I am so nervous to go super dark at first! I just loved wearing it around - although by the end of the night my head was killing me from all the bobby pins of keep my hair underneath from poofing up!

You can try a temporary hair color. I use the brand ion from sally's beauty and they have the ion colors in demi and those wash out after a while. I recently went black too and I love it. you can try the demi and see how it works out for you.

I actually just got back from Sallys and the lady there suggested something like that. Is there an estimate for how long it really takes to wash out based on your experience? :) thanks!

Honestly I'm not sure. I usually get the permanent but I hears from people that used it and it lasted them about 4/5 weeks. it depends on how often you shampoo your hair. if you do it more often then it will fade faster

Oooh I like it! I had that happen before lol. look on the bright side. it's a way to ease into the darker shade. if you do black after it won't be so drastic

Thank you! I'm trying to get a more accurate photo but the lighting has been on and off. It's an adjustment but I like it!

I'm sure you will get used to it :) I'm planning on keeping mine for a while. I change my hair color every other month or so. black is hard to maintain. I need to redo it in a couple of weeks already
