I wasn't for sure which category to put this in because it does go on your skin, but it could also be beauty so I used my best judgment. Sorry if this is in the wrong category!
Anyways, I am in love with tan skin and I feel 100% more confident when I am tan because I feel like it looks really good with my lighter hair and it brings out my features. I really want to try loving tan, but I wanted to ask you what you all thought!
Here are some questions I have:
1.) How should I prep my skin? Should I do this the night before or a couple days before?
2.) How long does the tan last?
3.) I am really indecisive. I want a really nice dark tan. Should I get dark or ultra dark? I am kind of leaning towards ultra dark because as it starts to fade, it'll still look nice and dark, but thought I'd throw this in there.
4.) If you have before and after pics, please share (:

It's the right category Katelyn :)
Unfortunately I know absolutely nothing about tanning haha I'm embracing my porcelain skin - but I hope some other beauties will join in with their knowledge!

Well I have not used this specific tanner. However I'm pretty educated on spray tanning.
1) You always want to make sure your skin is shaved and exfoliated hours before applying. Also if you wax, make sure to do so 24 hours before, as this can make your tan come out blotchy.
2) The last of your tan all depends on how you take care of it. There are also lotions meant to make a fake tan last longer. Shaving and exfoliating will shorten the length of your tan, and can cause streaks.
3) You always want to be careful when choosing a shade. Because I am so fair, I always get the lightest shade of any spray or self tanner. If I were to get medium, dark, or even extra dark there is a possibility I will end up looking orange. You want to only choose a shade or two darker at the most. Just like when using makeup.
As far as pictures, I have nothing for you but I'm sure Google or Pinterest has tons.
Hope I helped :)

Thank you Kaitlyn :) I have light skin, but in the summer (when ill be using the self tanner) my skin gets a medium-dark shade because I am a runner and I tan so easily. I may get dark.. I heard this self tanner has something in it which is a more expensive ingredient most tanners don't include and it's supposed to cancel out all orange tones and it applies an olive tan sort of color.
