So I can't cut the length because I really want longer hair... My hair goes right past my chest. But what are some simple things I can do to not let me get bored of my hair? I was thinking about layers and bangs but I don't know... Help!

I've been growing out my hair for a while now and have trouble with the same thing. Try longer layers so you won't have to grow them out later, I like to add a lot of texture in my hair when I do go and get it cut because it changes things up without messing with my length.

@Erin D. Not everyone with long hair looks weird with bangs. My sister has bangs and long hair and looks perfectly fine 😊

As someone with both bangs and long hair, I'm obviously a fan of combining the two. Go for some long layers! Also, try pinning your hair (youtube fake bangs) to see if you like yourself in bangs. Perhaps try framing your face for a change.

A fringe and long hair looks very pretty! I am a fan :) if you want to cut it, try a v cut (makes it look longer), layers, etc.

I think she meant that it would look weird when she started growing them out because of the difference in length...

I'm currently growing my fringe out and my hair is fairly long. I don't think it looks weird at all, especially if you have layers.
