This is my life! I'm on a tennis team so we are always outside practicing and I think I am so allergic to bug bites bc mine turn into the size of quarters in no time :( no one else on my team gets it this badly, but I use these pads that are called "sting relief" and they are life savers! I think really and kind of bite relief thing ought to do, also like Erin said showering really helps, just make sure you don't really scrub them bc the itching g will start all over again.
Oh and after I've been bitten I always stick my legs in my pool, something about the chlorine really helps.
One last thing, putting Apple cider vinegar or vinegar in general works wonders for any kind of bite or sting :)
