Spots!! Please Help!!

Hi everyone so I only get spots on my nose?? They are red with a Whitehead is there any reason why I am only getting tehm on my nose and nowhere else and do you now how to get rid of them and prevent them?? Tahnk you!!

Drink a lot of water! that's how I got rid of my red bumps on my nose.

Can't answer why but when my daughter suffered from acne I got her to put Optima Tea Tree oil on a cottonwool bud and applied it to the spot. Always use a clean bud for each application. It cleared it in no time at all. You can buy it in Holland & Barrett here in the UK so maybe in the US as well?? Hope it helps you.

Thankyou Lin and shreya! I must drink more water especially as I am undergoing 6 hours of tennis training!(tahnkyou for reminding me) and I must visit Holland and Barratt! Tahnk you😁😁😁😁😁😀😀😀

Emilia, one other thing I forgot to tell you, my daughter never used a towel on her face, always a clean wipe so that no acne bugs on the towel can be transferred to another area. It took her around a couple of weeks to get her face clear. Good luck.
