I would go to a dermatologist to help with the acne/hyper pigmentation , that's what I do, and it's much better☺️they're are many products for that specific use, might wanna do some research

For hyperpigmentation, I would definitely contact a dermatologist. I have hyperpigmentation on my stomach and unfortunately there's not much I can do but let the skin just renew itself, which has significantly helped!, but at the same time its better to have a doctor assess it to see what they can give you to help the problem because it would be a total bummer to invest in a product that could make it worse or just not do anything.

I've seen on YouTube for acne scars and hyprpighmentation tehy use derama rollers with good results. For now I would exfoliate and wait for teh skin to heal. If you are worried contact a dermatologist XD.
