I have one on my chin :( I tried toothpaste, mouthwash, and hot water, but nothing worked; the hot water worked for a few minutes, but then I put the toothpaste on it, and it just made it redder. please help. thank you!

Don't use toothpaste. It burns the skin and may result in scarring. I'm pretty sure mouthwash does the same. You can try spit treatments. They have tons at the drugstore! Just find one with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid
