Well any color looks good with brown eyes so you could just play around with different colors.

To make your eyes look bigger you can try using a flesh tone or white liner on the waterline and then line your lower lids with a darker line or a color that goes along with your eyeshadow

I love gold on brown eyes too! Also navy blue if you're feeling sultry, but anything goes really...it depends on what you like! Go crazy, try on a bunch of colors and see what you love and what you don't! Good luck :) x

As for making eyes bigger, I like searching the web for Japanese eye makeup techniques, it seems to me like they have it down when it comes to making eyes look doll-like and big. Fake lashes also really help! :)
The technique is based on darkening the outer corners of the eyes and highlighting the inner corners and the waterline to make them big and round :)

To make brown eyes pop, purple eyeshadow are amazing! Gold also complement brown eyes.

As for making your eyes pop, putting white or nude eyeliner in your lower waterline makes your eyes appear bigger. Using a light eyeshadow in the inner corner can help open your eyes. Another can be applying mascara and false lashes. Hope this helps 😊👍
