Hey Girls,
So I Have Really Dark Black Hair & In February I Decided I Wanted To Do Something Different & Get A Chocolate Brown, So The Lady At The Salon Told Me She Had To Bleach My Hair In Order To Do What I Wanted So I Went Along With It, Long Story Short I Hated It & Went Back To Get It Back To Black, Lately I've Been Noticing That A Lot Like A Ridiculous Amount Of Hair Has Been Falling Out & Because Of That My Hair Is Starting To Get Thin, So I Have A Couple Of Questions...
1. Is My Hair Falling Out Because Of The Bleach?
2. What Can I Do To Prevent Or At Least Reduce The Amount Of Hair That Falls Out?

It could be from the bleach.
Try some products with protein in it, and do coconut oil masks
It could be from other things too though, like poor diet and stress
My hair was falling out do to an iron defiency, so I'd talk to your doctor about what may be causing the hair falling out

It possibly could be from the bleach. As for reviving it, try applying coconut or almond oil to your hair (mostly scalp) once a week. Make sure you don't comb your hair too roughy after a shower. Also you can try hair masks as well. And also don't tie your hair up too tight. Hope
It helps😊

Check out Nioxin 3 step treatment! It is the absolute best for hair fallout that isn't caused by a thyroid or hormonal issue. Just make sure you use it exactly as instructed, and don't discontinue use if you don't see results right away, it can take some time, but it DOES work.

Is it falling out with the root attached, or is it breaking off somewhere down the shaft? Breakage is likely from over-processing, and is a sign that you need a trim to remove the dead hair as well as some heavy conditioning treatments (I like Queen Helene Cholesterol Mask). If it is falling out from the root, that is probably from some other cause and needs to be seen by a doctor.

Either way, brittle, thinning hair can be a sign of multiple health issues. It is always best to make an appointment with your doctor for a checkup just to be safe and rule out any potential health issues. You never know, damage from the color processing might be hiding a serious deficiency.

Mine falls like crazy too , you should try the least possible to touch it lol and avoid heat products on your hair as well as using a volumizing shampoo and lots of conditioner so wen you comb your hair you won't be losing as much.
