I'm considerinf getting a clarisonic and I wad wondering if the mia, mia 2 etc.makes a difference or if its all the same thing, thanks in advance.

The only difference between the two is the timer and different speeds on the Mia 2. I have a face brush with a timer and different speeds and I love the timer and I use the different speeds 3+ times a week so for me it would be worth upgrading to the Mia 2. I've heard plenty of people say that they didn't use the different speeds as much as they thought they would. the timer might be handy but it's not essential. If your going to use it on your body and face (mine has a separate body brush) then I would recommend the Mia 2 because you use the higher speeds on your arms and legs ect but if it's just your face then the Mia is fine.

I was considering the Mia 2 as well, but I'm not really sure how different they are from say, my DDF brush. hmmm I saw the body brush feature, which looks pretty fantastic.

Honestly I don't think you need more than one speed! I have the Mia and I'm very pleased with it!

I had the same problem when I was considering a Clarisonic...I ended up buying the Mia 1 and I'm very pleased with it. I actually use mine twice a day (with the delicate brush head, the sensitive one it comes with is a bit too abrasive) and my skin looks great. I'm very happy with mine.
