Great question Abby - I can't think of any palette with beautiful earthy green tones! I hope someone has some suggestions for you!
If not I would say look at makeupGeek and create your own palette! They have some amazong colors!

Check out Physcians Formula. I actually really like their palettes and they are affordable... If you are willing to spend more you might check out Lorac Metal Palette and Tarte has some nice palettes too...

I'm on board as well with the Wet n Wild palette in Comfort Zone. I don't have a lot of drugstore eyeshadow palettes but this is awesome. The pigmentation is insane and I don't experience any fall-out either. It rivals some of my higher-end palettes. Absolutely love. I picked mine up from Walgreens.
