So I wasn't able to get my hair done last time is cosmetology, so next Friday I will actually be getting it done. I'll be getting my hair lightened and toned.. I'm thinking.. Wella Charm Color in T18, Or T28. I've heard good reviews and bad, I just wanted to get your opinions and experiences with the brand.
ALSO! Can you mix the toners? Or? I read that one girl used a purple based one, and an orange based one to get out the yellow and orange tones.

T18 aka White Lady is glorious for getting brass free blonde. With Purple Shampoo and a deep conditioner you are set.
