Breakouts around mouth?

The past couple of months I've been breaking out a lot around my mouth and I have no idea why. I hardly wear anything on my lips, if anything it's usually Chapstick. I've also been trying to drink more water lately too but they still keep popping up. Why?!

My friend has this problem and went to the doctor. She ended up finding out that she was allergic to fragrances.

I agree. I breakout around that time of the month. It could always be from bad eating habits, change in skincare routine, and/or expired products around the mouth area.
